I came to her with a rough start — low self-esteem, inconsistent meals, picky eater, labeling all foods “good” vs. “bad” and A LOT of restrictive eating. Working with Carly made life a little bit easier and nutrition felt more manageable when I had someone helping me along the way. She taught me how to build balanced meals, she helped me create so many new habits (eating consistent meals, eating when I feel hungry, not labeling foods), and introduced me to so many new foods I definitely otherwise would have passed on.
